摘要
目的:基于经胸超声心动图(TTE)探讨此检查手段在卵圆孔未闭(PFO)中的应用效果及其对检出率的影响。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年8月在上高县中医院就诊的60例PFO患者作为研究对象,按照其入院顺序编号,对其开展TTE及对比增强经胸超声心动图(c-TTE)检查,对比静息、Valsalva动作状态下的TTE结合c-TTE诊断效能,观察其右房侧及左房侧直径、卵圆瓣长度等超声形态学特征。结果:TTE结合c-TTE Valsalva动作辅助下的检查诊断符合率及灵敏度均为96.67%,高于静息状态下检查的81.67%,漏诊率低于静息状态下检查(P<0.05)。TTE观察到,PFO患者右房侧及左房侧直径分别为(2.34±1.16)mm、(1.53±0.72)mm,卵圆瓣长度为(6.81±2.56)mm,其中共10例合并房间隔膨胀瘤。结论:在PFO诊断应用TTE可提高PFO检出率及诊断准确率,呈现PFO房侧直径、卵圆瓣长度等关键信息。
Objective:Based on transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)to investigate the application effect of this test method in patent foramina ovale(PFO)and its influence on the detection rate.Methods:A total of 60 patients with PFO who received treatment in Shanggao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research objects.They were numbered according to the order of admission.TTE and contrast-enhanced transthoracic echocardiography(c-TTE)were performed on them,and the diagnostic efficacy of TTE combined with c-TTE under resting and Valsalva motion states was compared.The diameter of right atrial and left atrial and the length of ovale were observed.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate and sensitivity of TTE combined with c-TTE Valsalva were 96.67%,higher than 81.67%under resting state,and the rate of missed diagnosis was lower than that under resting state(P<0.05).TTE observed that the right atrial diameter and left atrial diameter of PFO patients were(2.34±1.16)mm and(1.53±0.72)mm,respectively,and the length of the ovale was(6.81±2.56)mm.There were 10 cases with atrial septal dilatation tumor.Conclusion:The application of TTE in the diagnosis of PFO can improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of PFO,and present key information such as atrial diameter and oval length of PFO.
