迈瑞BC-5380血液分析仪测定血常规检验在小细胞性贫血鉴别诊断中的应用研究

The Application Study of Mindray BC-5380 Blood Routine Test in the Differential Diagnosis of Microcytic Anemia

目的:探讨迈瑞BC-5380血液分析仪测定血常规检验在小细胞性贫血鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月~2023年2月本院收治的100例小细胞贫血患者作为观察对象,使用迈瑞BC-5380全自动血液细胞分析仪进行血液检测,根据患者疾病类型将患者分为缺铁性贫血组和地中海贫血组,各50例,选取同期到本院接受健康体检的50例健康者作为对照组,对研究对象的血常规指标进行检测和对检测结果进行比较。结果:地中海贫血组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度均明显高于缺铁性贫血组(P<0.05),缺铁性贫血组患者红细胞体积分布宽度明显高于对照组和地中海贫血组(P<0.05),地中海贫血组和缺铁性贫血组患者血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量和平均红细胞体积均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);地中海贫血组和缺铁性贫血组检测符合率和检测白细胞检测结果正常率均具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在细胞性贫血诊断中迈瑞BC-5380血液分析仪测定血常规检验可有效诊断贫血和对贫血类型进行鉴别。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of Mindray BC-5380 blood analyzer in the differential diagnosis of microcytic anemia.Methods:The study subjects selected 100 patients with small cell anemia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,the peripheral blood of the patient was drawn for blood test using Mindray BC-5380 automatic blood cell analyzer,patients were divided into iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia group according to the type of disease,50 patients in each group,selected 50 healthy patients who attended our hospital during the same period as the control group,Routine blood indexes,such as average red blood cell volume(MCV),red blood cell distribution width(RDW),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),mean red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)and mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),were tested and the results were compared.Results:Hb,RBC,and MCHC were significantly lower than iron deficiency group in thalassemia group(P<0.05),RDW was significantly higher than control group and thalassemia group(P<0.05),and Hb,MCH and MCV were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);And the rate and test were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cellular anemia,Mindray BC-5380 blood analyzer,it can not only effectively diagnose anemia,but also identify the type of anemia.
