摘要
目的:探究四肢骨折治疗采取交锁髓内钉的临床效果。方法:选取泰宁县总医院外一科收治的四肢骨折住院患者(2019年8月~2023年2月)研究,总纳入病例数至70例,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组予外固定架治疗,观察组予交锁髓内钉治疗,比较以下指标:临床疗效、症状缓解用时、并发症、运动功能、生活质量。结果:(1)临床疗效:观察组较对照组优良率更高(P<0.05);(2)症状缓解用时/疼痛水平:观察组较对照组症状缓解用时、疼痛程度均更低(P<0.05);(3)并发症:观察组较对照组切口感染等并发症率更低(P<0.05);(4)运动功能:观察组较对照组上下肢运动功能获得更高的评分(P<0.05);(5)生活质量:观察组较对照组社会、生理功能等获得更高的评分(P<0.05)。结论:四肢骨折治疗采取交锁髓内钉效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善相关症状,降低并发症,促进运动功能恢复,预后理想。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods:From August 2019 to February 2023,a total of 70 inpatients with fracture of limbs were selected from the Department of Surgery,Taining County General Hospital.The patients were divided into groups according to the random table,the patients in the control group were treated with external fixator,while those in the treatment group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.Results:①Clinical curative effect:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);②The time of symptom relief/pain level:the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);③Complications:compared with the control group,the rate of wound infection and other complications in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05);④Motor function:compared with the control group,the treatment group had a lower rate of incision infection and other complications(P<0.05);⑤Quality of life:compared with the control group,the treatment group had higher scores of social and physiological functions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nailing is effective in the treatment of limb fracture,it can relieve pain,improve related symptoms,reduce complications,promote the recovery of motor function,and has an ideal prognosis.
