摘要
目的:利用统计学方法和工具分析胎心监测结合超声脐动脉血流监测在胎儿窘迫诊断中的作用。方法:在2020年1月~2021年12月本院接受胎心联合超声脐动脉血流检查的高危妊娠孕产妇中抽取720例作为研究对象,对比胎心监测结合超声脐动脉血流监测结果,以及两种技术联合监测结果的准确性与可靠性。结果:S/D≥3与胎心异常者的剖宫产、羊水过少、脐带绕颈、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫等不良妊娠结局发生率较高,与正常研究对象相比,差异明显(P<0.05),且其羊水污染程度更加严重,新生儿Apgar评分结果更高,差异明显(P<0.05),两种技术联合应用,对于胎儿窘迫临床检查与诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值更高,与单一技术检测相比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在胎儿窘迫诊断中,胎心监测结合超声脐动脉血流监测的应用效果更好,监测结果的可靠性和准确性更高。
Objective:To analyze the role of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with ultrasonic umbilical artery blood flow monitoring in the diagnosis of fetal distress using statistical methods and tools.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,720 high risk pregnant women who received fetal heart rate combined with ultrasonic umbilical artery blood flow examination in our hospital were selected as the data analysis basis,and the results of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with ultrasonic umbilical artery blood flow monitoring were compared,as well as the accuracy and reliability of the results of the combined monitoring of the two technologies.Results:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as cesarean section,oligohydramnios,umbilical cord entanglement,premature rupture of membranes,and fetal distress was higher in patients with S/D≥3 and fetal heart rate abnormalities.Compared with normal study subjects,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the degree of amniotic fluid contamination was more severe.The Apgar score of newborns was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The combined application of two technologies has higher sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value for clinical examination and diagnosis of fetal distress.Compared with single technology detection,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of fetal distress,the application of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with ultrasonic umbilical artery blood flow monitoring is better,the reliability and accuracy of the monitoring results are higher.
