超声引导下腹横筋膜阻滞在腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者围手术期镇痛的应用效果

Observation on the Application Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Abdominal Transverse Fascia Block in Perioperative Analgesia of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:观察腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者采取超声引导下腹横筋膜阻滞围手术期镇痛效果产生的影响。方法:选择2022年2月~2023年2月医院收治的77例腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者,选取双盲法将77例患者分为观察组、对照组,分别为38例、39例,分别在全身麻醉前,给予超声引导下腹横筋膜阻滞麻醉处理、自控式镇痛处理。结果:观察组切皮后、气腹结束后HR低于对照组,术中血压变化明显,观察组疼痛评分、枸橼酸舒芬太尼使用量更低,恶心、呕吐情况更低,苏醒时间以及自主呼吸恢复时间更短(P<0.05)。结论:针对腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者给予超声引导下腹横筋膜阻滞效果明显。

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal fascia block in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:77 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.77 patients were divided into an observation group and a control group using a double-blind method,with 38 and 39 cases respectively.Before general anesthesia,ultrasound-guided transverse fascial block anesthesia and self-control analgesia were administered.Results:HR was lower after incision and pneumoperitoneum than the control group,with significant intraoperative blood pressure,lower pain score,sufentanil citrate,lower nausea and vomiting,and shorter recovery time of spontaneous breathing,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided transverse fascial block has a significant effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
