宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的:研究宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效及安全性。方法:在2021年10月~2022年10月入院接受宫腔镜治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者中随机选取90例并分为两组,对照组采用宫腔镜刮宫手术治疗,研究组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,记录并对比患者的临床效果。结果:研究组治疗有效率更高;术中出血量更少,手术治疗与术后康复用时更短;研究组术后并发症发生率更低;研究组经治疗后的生活质量评分更高;研究组复发率更低;研究组对于治疗效果的满意度水平更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗期间,通过采用宫腔镜电切术进行治疗,医疗人员可以有效促进患者治疗综合质量的提升,其对于患者病情的控制与预后健康的恢复具有良好的促进作用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,90 patients with endometrial polyps who received hysteroscopic treatment were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group received hysteroscopic curettage surgery,while the study group received hysteroscopic resection surgery.The clinical effects of the patients were recorded and compared.Results:The research group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate;Less intraoperative bleeding,shorter surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation time;The study group had a lower postoperative complication rate;The study group had a higher quality of life score after treatment;The recurrence rate was lower in the study group;The research group had a higher level of satisfaction with the treatment effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps,medical personnel can effectively promote the improvement of the overall quality of treatment by using hysteroscopic resection surgery,which has a good promoting effect on the control of the patient’s condition and the recovery of prognosis and health.
