子宫内膜回声不均鉴别诊断中超声检查的应用研究

Application of Ultrasonography in Differential Diagnosis of Endometrial Echo Heterogeneity

目的:探讨超声检查在子宫内膜回声不均鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2022年1月~2022年12月收治的60例子宫内膜回声不均患者临床资料、超声检查报告以及病理结果。结果:60例患者中以良性子宫内膜病变为主,占比85.00%。良性子宫内膜病变在30~49岁女性中高发;不典型内膜增生在30~39岁女性群体中占比最高,≥40岁后子宫内膜癌占比率明显增加。结合患者血流信号、年龄分组,组间存在明显差异(P<0.05),采用多因素Logistic回归分析,高年龄、有血流信号为子宫内膜癌的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:超声检查在子宫内膜回声不均鉴别诊断中的应用价值较高,子宫内膜回声不均与患者年龄及超声征像充分结合,可为临床鉴别诊断子宫内膜病变良恶性提供有力的指导依据,对早期检出子宫内膜癌具有至关重要的意义。

Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of endometrial echo heterogeneity.Methods:Clinical data,ultrasonic examination reports and pathological results of 60 cases with uneven endometrial echo admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 60 cases,benign endometrial lesions were predominant,accounting for 85.00%.Benign endometrial lesions were more common in women aged 30-49 years.The proportion of atypical endometrial hyperplasia was the highest in women aged 30-39 years,and the proportion of endometrial cancer increased significantly after≥40 years old.Combined with blood flow signal and age group,there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that high age and blood flow signal were risk factors for endometrial cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of multiple ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of endometrial echo non-uniformity is high.The full combination of endometrial echo non-uniformity with the patient’s age and ultrasound images can provide a strong guiding basis for the clinical differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions,and has crucial significance for the early detection of endometrial cancer.
