基于“肺肠轴”理论探讨“温阳固土开窍”针刺法治疗过敏性鼻炎

An analysis of treating allergic rhinitis by the warming Yang,strengthening soil and inducing resuscitation acupuncture based on the lung-intestine axis theory

过敏性鼻炎在中医学中属于“鼻鼽”“鼽嚏”的范畴,其主要临床表现为鼻塞、鼻痒、阵发性喷嚏与流清涕等症状,上述症状通常会在接触过敏原后出现,并且会反复发作,严重影响患者正常的生活、学习和工作,并且生活质量明显下降。“肺肠轴”是呼吸系统与胃肠道功能相互作用的双向通讯枢纽,它可以影响肺与肠的免疫功能,通过调整改善紊乱和失衡的肠道菌群可调节机体免疫反应。即肺部疾病可以通过治疗肠而痊愈,而肠道疾病也可以通过治疗肺而痊愈,在长期临床实践中得到了广泛应用并取得了良好疗效。同时,现代医学中的“肺肠轴”学说在功能上与中医学中的“肺与大肠相表里”“肺合大肠”具有相关性,在功能上存在一定的联系。经脉可沟通内外、联络脏腑、沟通内外、贯穿上下,人体各器官组织间通过经脉彼此联系、协调配合。手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经分别络属大肠与胃,表里经、循行等又与肺密切相关。由此可见,大肠经、胃经理论包括了对中医意识形态下的“肺肠轴”相关理论认识的高度总结。因此在常规治疗的基础上,重视调节胃肠功能可能是提升针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效途径。温阳固土开窍针刺法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,为变应性鼻炎的针灸疗法提供了新的突破口。文章附病案一例,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Allergic rhinitis belongs to the category of allergic rhinitis and sneezing in traditional medicine.Its main clinical manifestations are nasal congestion,nasal itching,paroxysmal sneezing,and runny nose.The above symptoms usually appear after exposure to allergens and seriously affect the normal life,study and work of patients,and the quality of life is obviously reduced.The lung-intestine axis is a two-way communication hub for the interaction between the respiratory system and the gastrointestinal tract.It can affect the immune function of the lungs and intestines.By adjusting and improving the disordered and unbalanced intestinal flora,the body’s immune response can be adjusted.That is,lung diseases can be cured by treating intestines,and intestinal diseases can also be cured by treating lungs,which has been widely used in long-term clinical practice and achieved good results.At the same time,the theory of the lung-intestine axis in modern medicine is functionally related to the the lung and the large intestine being interiorexteriorly related and lung associating with large intestine in TCM medicine,and there is a certain relationship in function.The meridians can communicate inside and outside,connecting the viscera,inside and outside,running through the upper and lower parts,and the organs and tissues of the human body can contact and coordinate with each other through the meridians.The large intestine meridian of handYangming(手阳明)and stomach meridian of foot-Yangming(足阳明)belong to large intestine and stomach respectively.The exteriorinterior meridian and circulation are closely related to the lung.Thus it can be seen that the theory of large intestine meridian and stomach meridian includes a high summary of the relevant theoretical understanding of lung-intestine axis under the ideology of TCM.Therefore,on the basis of routine treatment,paying attention to the regulation of gastrointestinal function may be an effective way to improve acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis.The warming Yang(阳),strengthening soil and inducing resuscitation acupuncture is effective on allergic rhinitis,which provides a new breakthrough for acupuncture therapy of allergic rhinitis.This paper presents a case of attached disease in order to provide reference for related research.
