基于人文关怀理念的集束化干预对急性会厌炎患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的效果

Effect analysis of cluster intervention based on humanistic care concept on the negative emotions and pain degree in patients with acute epiglottis

目的分析基于人文关怀理念的集束化干预对急性会厌炎患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月收治的82例急性会厌炎患者作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,根据纳入研究不同时间段分为2组,将2019年12月至2021年12月收治的41例急性会厌炎患者设为对照组,2020年12月至2021年12月收治的41例设为观察组,前者采用常规干预,后者采用基于人文关怀理念的集束化干预。分析两种干预方式对患者负性情绪及疼痛程度的影响。结果干预后观察组患者的Cor、PSIQ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀理念的集束化干预可有效改善急性会厌炎患者的负性情绪及疼痛度,值得临床关注。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster intervention based on humanistic care concept on negative emotions and pain degree in patients with acute epiglottis.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute epiglottitis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively recruited.They were divided into two groups according to the different time periods,including 41 patients with routine intervention recruited from December 2019 to December 2021 in the control group,and 41 patients with cluster intervention based on humanistic care concept from December 2020 to December 2021 in the observation group.The influence of two intervention methods on the negative mood and pain degree of patients were analyzed.Results After intervention,the Cor score and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)after intervention were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score after intervention was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life after intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster intervention based on humanistic care concept can effectively alleviate the negative mood and pain of patients with acute epiglottis,which deserves the clinical attention.
