过敏性紫癜患儿父/母早期居家阶段家庭管理能力的潜在剖面分析

Latent profile analysis of family management in parents of children with henoch-schonlein purpura in the early home stage

目的分析过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿父/母早期居家阶段家庭管理能力潜在剖面类别,并探讨不同类别的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样调查法,选取2021年1月至2022年12月140例HSP患儿父/母作为调查对象。出院后1个月,采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭管理测量量表、父/母用应对方式量表和心理弹性量表对患儿父/母进行调查。分析患儿父/母家庭管理能力的潜在剖面类别,并探讨其影响因素。结果本研究最终纳入133例HSP患儿父/母,其家庭管理测量量表得分为(178.41±22.08)分。HSP患儿父/母家庭管理能力分为“高家庭管理型”(20.3%)、“中家庭管理型”(26.3%)、“低家庭管理型”(53.4%)3个潜在剖面类别,其影响因素包括家庭人均月收入、父/母应对方式和心理弹性(均P<0.05)。结论HSP患儿父/母早期居家阶段家庭管理能力呈现3种类别,家庭人均月收入、父/母应对方式和心理弹性可预测家庭管理能力的不同潜在剖面类别。

Objective To analyze the latent profiles of family management in parents of children with henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP)in the early home stage,and to investigate the influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 140 parents of children with HSP from January 2021 to December 2022 were recruited.At 1 month after discharge,parents of children with HSP were surveyed by the general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of Family Management Measure,the Coping health inventory for Parents,and the Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale.The latent profiles and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Totally,133 parents were recruited in the present study,with the total scores of Family Management Measure of(178.41±22.08)points.The family management in parents of children with HSP was divided into three latent profiles,including the high family management type(20.3%),medium family management type(26.3%),and low family management type(53.4%).The influencing factors for family management included family incomes,parental coping styles,and psychological resilience(all P<0.05).Conclusion There are three latent profiles of family management in parents of children with HSP.Family incomes,parental coping styles,and psychological resilience can predict the profiles of family management.
