人文关怀对急诊有创机械通气患者的影响

Influence of humanistic care on emergency patients managed by invasive mechanical ventilation

目的探讨人文关怀对急诊有创机械通气患者的临床治疗效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的有创机械通气患者180例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组仅给予常规护理干预措施,而观察组则在此基础上加入人文关怀,比较2组患者的有创机械通气时间,住院时间,脱管率,有创机械通气并发症的发生率,心理状态评分以及护理满意程度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的有创机械通气时间及住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),脱管率显著降低(P<0.05),有创机械通气并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05),心理状态评分较对照组有所改善(P<0.05),护理满意程度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理理念适当应用于有创机械通气患者的救治过程中,能缓解患者紧张情绪,降低脱管率,缩短有创机械通气时间,减少有创机械通气并发症,同时有利于提高患者满意度,有一定的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of humanistic care on emergency patients managed by invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 180 emergency patients managed by invasive mechanical ventilation admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected by a random sampling method.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 patients in each group.All patients were intervened by routine nursing care,and those in the observation group were additionally given humanistic care.The time period of invasive mechanical ventilation,length of stay,decannulation rate,incidence of complications for invasive mechanical ventilation,psychological state scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with those of the control group,patients in the observation group showed significantly shorter time period of invasive mechanical ventilation and length of stay,lower decannulation rate and incidence of complications for invasive mechanical ventilation,and higher psychological state scores and nursing satisfaction(all P<0.05).Conclusion An appropriate application of humanistic care concept in the treatment process of patients managed by invasive mechanical ventilation can alleviate their nervousness,reduce the decannulation rate and complications of invasive mechanical ventilation,shorten the time period of invasive mechanical ventilation,and improve patient’s satisfaction.It has certain clinical value.
