摘要
铁鞋是防止列车溜逸的主要设备之一,将铁鞋放置于车轮和钢轨之间,阻止列车溜逸,可以保证列车的安全。目前,作业现场主要采用普通铁鞋,自动化程度低,无远程监控功能,存在设备隐蔽性强、人工巡检频繁、放撤流程繁琐、轮鞋距离易变等痛点问题。近年来,因防溜工作不到位引发的列车溜逸事件频发,研发智能化防溜铁鞋迫在眉睫。本文首先对防溜铁鞋使用现状进行介绍,然后分析列车溜逸事故案例,本团队研发的智能化铁鞋可很好地解决上述问题,最后对智能化铁鞋的研究做前景预测。
Iron shoes are one of the main equipment used to prevent trains from slipping.They are placed between the wheels and steel rails to prevent trains from slipping and ensure train safety.At present,ordinary iron shoes are mainly used on the job site,with low automation and no remote monitoring function.There are pain points such as strong equipment concealment,frequent manual inspections,cumbersome removal processes,and variable distance between wheels and shoes.In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of train slip caused by inadequate anti slip work,making it urgent to develop intelligent anti slip iron shoes.This article first introduces the current situation of the use of anti slip iron shoes,and then analyzes the case of train slip accidents.The intelligent iron shoes developed by our team can effectively solve the above problems.Finally,we make a prospect prediction for the research on intelligent iron shoes.
