基于“皮脉肉筋骨”分层探析中医外治法治疗奥密克戎的机制

Exploring the Mechanism of TCM External Treatment of Omicron Based on the Stratification of“Skin,Pulse,Flesh,Muscles and Bones”

奥密克戎作为目前我国主流的新冠病毒流行毒株,其临床特点与既往不尽相同。本项研究致力于寻找奥密克戎独特的临床证候特点,并以皮脉肉筋骨理论为基础,分析奥密克戎的传变规律,总结归纳出中医外治法治疗奥密克戎的治疗机理,并结合奥密克戎临床分期讨论中医外治法治疗新型冠状病毒感染之分期应用,为接下来深入研究中医外治法提供参考。

As the current mainstream strain of COVID-19 in China,Omicron has clinical characteristics differ⁃ent from those in the past.This study aims to find the unique clinical characteristics of Omicron and analyze its transmission and transformation rules based on the theory of“skin,vessel,muscle,tendon and bone”.We have summarized the therapeutic mechanism of TCM external treatment for Omicron.Furthermore,we discuss the stag⁃ing of TCM external treatment for COVID-19 based on the stage of Omicron infection,to provide reference for indepth research on TCM external treatment in the future.
