针罐结合治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Acupuncture and Cupping Combined Treatment for Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察针罐结合治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法80例患者随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组两组各40例。对照组予常规止痛、抗炎、营养神经等对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用针罐结合治疗,治疗10 d后评估两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMQ)评分与治疗前比较均降低,且观察组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腰椎活动度与治疗前比较均增加(P<0.05),且观察组均大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平与治疗前比较均降低(均P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针罐结合治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,可明显缓解患者疼痛,改善功能活动,减轻炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and cupping combined treatment for acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute stage lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table meth⁃od.The control group was treated with conventional analgesic,anti-inflammatory,nutritional and other symptomat⁃ic treatments,and the observation group received acupuncture and cupping combined treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 10 days of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).The VAS score,RMQ score,lumbar motion and IL-1β,MMP-3,PGE2 and TGF-β1 levels in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation has a definite effect,which can significantly relieve pain,improve functional activities,and reduce inflammation.
