基于区块链技术的企业电子统计台账方法研究与应用实践

Research on Methodology and Application of Block Chain-based Business Electronic Ledger

云计算、大数据、物联网、区块链以及5G技术等新一代信息技术的快速发展,为统计现代化改革带来了新的机遇和挑战,促进大数据等新技术在统计调查中的应用。本文发现通过区块链技术在企业统计台账中的应用,能够在企业内部建立标准化的数据采集、管理的规范,保障源头统计数据质量,推动政府统计部门数字治理能力和企业服务水平,提高企业决策水平,风险防控能力。本文结合企业统计工作的实际和政府统计工作要求,采用区块链等新一代信息技术,实现由“企业台账—企业一套表”的应用,从实际业务应用角度验证了区块链技术在统计工作中的应用场景的科学性与可行性。

Rapid development of information technology,such as cloud computing,big data,internet of things,5th generation mobile communication etc.,has brought new opportunities and challenges for statistical modernization reform,and also promotes the application of big data in statistical surveys.This research finds that applying block chain technology in business electronic ledger for statistical purpose help build norms for ledger data collection and management,improve data quality from the source,the data governance capacity and services to businesses by official statistical agencies,and the decision making and risk control of businesses.In the process of research,combined with the actual statistical work of business statistics and the requirements of official statistics,a new generation of information technology such as block chain is adopted to realize the application of“business electronic ledger-integrated statistical forms for business”.The paper has verified the rationality and feasibility of the application scenarios of block chain technology in statistical work from the perspective of practical business applications.
