基于负载观测的开关磁阻电机线性自抗扰控制

摘要 为提高开关磁阻电机(SRM)控制系统抗负载扰动的能力并且消除转速超调,提出了一种基于负载观测的SRM线性自抗扰控制方法。首先,设计负载转矩观测器来观测SRM的负载转矩;其次,针对速度环设计线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)取代传统PI控制,并与负载转矩观测器结合,以减轻线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)的负担,同时将观测到的负载转矩转化为对参考转矩的前馈补偿,提高了控制系统的抗扰动能力;最后与传统的PI控制作对比研究。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制方法可以提高系统抗负载扰动的能力以及转速的跟踪性能,高速运行时转速偏移量仅为0.4%;设计的负载观测器可以快速、准确地跟踪负载转矩,稳态误差仅为0.02 N·m;负载转矩对参考转矩的补偿进一步提高了系统的动态稳定性。 To enhance the resistance of the switched reluctance motor(SRM)control system to load disturbances and eliminate speed overshoot,this paper proposes a linear active disturbance rejection control method for SRM based on load observation.Initially,a load torque observer is designed to monitor the load torque of the SRM.Subsequently,the conventional proportional-integral(PI)control is replaced by the linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC)in the speed loop.This LADRC is combined with the load torque observer to alleviate the linear extended state observer(LESO)burden.Additionally,the observed load torque is utilized to generate feed-forward compensation for the reference torque,which enhances the anti-disturbance capability of the control system.Finally,a comparative analysis is performed with the traditional PI control.Simulation results show that the proposed control method can improve the system′s ability to resist load disturbance and speed tracking performance,and the speed offset is only 0.4%during high-speed operation.The load observer designed in this paper can accurately track the load torque with a steady-state error of only 0.02 N·m.Furthermore,the load torque compensation applied to the reference torque enhances the dynamic stability of the system.
