基于改进MRAS的内置式永磁同步电主轴无传感器控制

摘要 为解决内置式永磁同步电主轴(IPMSMS)的无传感器控制的难题,提出了一种基于模糊控制的改进型模型参考自适应(MRAS)观测器。为提高内置式永磁同步电主轴的动态性能及鲁棒性,提高矢量控制的控制效率,提出采用模糊控制改进传统矢量控制环节中转速环PI调节器,采用最大转矩电流比控制策略(MTPA),并将传统MTPA控制策略中由拉格朗日定理所求得复杂关系式进行曲线拟合得到近似解。将改进后的MRAS观测器与模糊MTPA控制策略复合应用。仿真结果表明,主轴转速在0.9 s内达到给定10000 r/min转速,超调量为0.04%,改进型MRAS观测器跟踪转速与转子位置好。模糊MTPA控制可提高电主轴动态性能及鲁棒性,改进型MRAS观测器可有效追踪转子转速与转子位置。 To solve the problem of sensorless control of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindles(IPMSMS),an improved model reference adaptive(MRAS)observer based on fuzzy control is proposed.In order to improve the dynamic performance and robustness of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle and improve the utilization efficiency of vector control current,fuzzy control was used to improve the speed loop PI regulator in the traditional vector control link,and the maximum transfer current ratio control strategy(MTPA)was adopted.The complex relation obtained by Lagrange theorem in the traditional MTPA control was curve fitted.The improved MRAS observer is combined with fuzzy MTPA control.The simulation results show that the rotational speed reaches the given 10000 r/min within 0.9 s,and the overshoot is 0.04%.The improved MRAS observer tracks the rotational speed well with the rotor position.Fuzzy MTPA control can improve the dynamic performance and robustness of motorized spindle,and the improved MRAS observer can track rotor speed and rotor position effectively.
