Production and Application Research Progress of Human Serum Albumin

人血白蛋白是血浆蛋白质的主要成分,由肝实质细胞合成,主要生理功能是维持血浆胶体渗透压以及载体和转运功能。人血白蛋白制剂系由健康人血浆,经分离纯化、病毒灭活等一系列工序制成,常用于临床急救。人血白蛋白临床应用广泛且安全性好,但是在血浆采集及人血白蛋白临床应用过程中涉及诸多步骤和环节,存在影响因素多、过程复杂和风险系数高等特点,操作不慎即可引发严重后果,对人血白蛋白质量及临床应用安全性造成不良影响。本文针对人血白蛋白生产与临床应用进行研究和分析,现综述如下。

Human albumin is main component of plasma protein,which is synthesized by liver parenchyma cells,with main physiological function of maintaining plasma oncotic pressure and carrier and transport functions.Human serum albumin preparations are made from healthy human plasma through a series of processes,including separation and purification and virus inactivation,which is commonly used in clinical emergency treatment,with wide application in clinical practice and good safety.However,there are many steps and links during process of self plasma collection and clinical application of human serum albumin,with multiple influencing factors,complicated process,and high risk factors.Improper operation can lead to serious consequences adverse effect on quality of human serum albumin and safety of clinical application.The article researches and analyzes production and clinical application of human serum albumin,and summarizes as follows.
