布洛芬混悬液治疗儿童发热的治疗效果分析

Curaitve Effect Analysis of Ibuprofen Suspension on Children with Fever

目的分析儿童发热应用布洛芬混悬液的治疗效果。方法将2020年12月—2022年12月在本院收治的60例发热儿童当作研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分成两组,一组为对照组,接受氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗,一组为研究组,接受布洛芬混悬液治疗,对两组患儿分别治疗后的效果进行比较。结果研究组患儿的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组比较心室率并无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿的心室率明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的体温相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿的体温显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗满意度两组对比得知,研究组的满意度更高,和对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。在生活质量评分比较上,研究组的各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布洛芬混悬液用于儿童发热治疗当中,不仅可以提高整体的用药治疗安全性,同时也会提高用药治疗效果,使患儿降低体温,值得运用。

Objective To analyze curative effect of ibuprofen suspension on children with fever.Methods The paper chose 60 children with fever admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 as research objects,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment schemes,control group was treaed with paracetamol,rtificial cow-bezoar granules,and study group with ibuprofen suspension.Effect between two groups was compared after treatment.Results Treatment effective rate of study group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33% in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 23.33% in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ventricular rate between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ventricular rate of study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in body temperature between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,body temperature of study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of treatment satisfaction between two groups showed,satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Life quality scores in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ibuprofen suspension can improve overall drug treatment safety,curaitve effect for children with fever,can lower temperature of children,which is worthy of application.
