老年泌尿结石患者运用钬激光碎石取石术治疗的临床价值

Clinical Value of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Elderly Patients with Urinary Calculus

目的探讨在泌尿结石老年患者治疗中应用钬激光碎石取石术,对临床疗效及安全性所造成的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2023年9月在本院治疗的泌尿结石老年患者120例,按入院时间均分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。其中,对照组应用气压弹道碎石术,观察组应用钬激光碎石取石术,比对两组患者治疗有效性。结果观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组手术用时、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、结石排净时间以及住院时间指标低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组在术后下床时间方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论以钬激光碎石取石术进行治疗,利于缩短手术治疗时间,减少术中出血量及降低其术后疼痛感,同时还能加快术后结石排出体外速度,缩短患者住院时间,对促进其康复起着积极意义。

Objective To explore clinical effect and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of elderly patients with urinary calculus.Methods The paper chose 120 elderly patients with urinary calculus in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 as subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group based on admission time,treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy respectively.Curative effect was compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had lower indicators of surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pain scores,stone clearance time,and hospital stay than control group(P<0.05).Complication rate in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative bedtime between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy can shorten surgical treatment time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and postoperative pains.At the same time,it can accelerate removal of stones after surgery,shorten length of stay of patients,which has positive significance in promoting recovery.
