摘要
目的分析综合护理对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者治疗的影响。方法选取慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者50例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理。统计两组患者的症状好转时间、生活质量、心理状态以及肺功能指标。结果观察组症状好转时间、生活质量、心理状态以及肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者实施综合护理,可有效改善症状,消除不良情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing on treatment of chronic bronchitis with emphysema.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive nursing.Symptom improvement time,life quality,psychological status,and lung function indicators between two groups were counted.Results Symptom improvement time,life quality,psychological state,and lung function indicators in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve symptoms,eliminate bad emotions and improve life quality of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
