门诊护理综合干预对假性近视少儿患者的效果及安全性评价

Effect and Safety Evaluation of Outpatient Nursing Comprehensive Intervention on Children with Pseudomyopia

目的探讨假性近视少儿患者实施门诊护理综合干预的效果及安全性。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月本院眼科门诊接收的80例假性近视少儿患者,随机将其分为2组,给予对照组常规护理,给予研究组门诊综合干预,观察两组临床效果、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果研究组总有效率得比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论假性近视少儿患者实施门诊护理综合干预可促使临床效果得到进一步提升,并可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,具备推广价值。

Objective To explore effect and safety of comprehensive outpatient nursing intervention for children with pseudomyopia.Methods The paper chose 80 children with pseudomyopia in ophthalmic outpatient department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with comprehensive intervention.Clinical effect,complication incidence and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was observed.Results Total effective rate was 97.50% in study group,higher than 82.50% in control group(P<0.05),incidence of complications was 0.00% in study group,lower than 10.00% in control group(P<0.05),total satisfaction degree was 97.50% in study group,higher than 80.00% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive outpatient nursing intervention can further improve clinical effect,reduce incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction degree of children with pseudomyopia,which has promotion value.
