探讨重症有机磷农药中毒的急诊急救护理方案及其护理效果

Exploring Emergency Nursing Scheme and Nursing Effect of Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的观察探讨重症有机磷农药中毒的急诊急救护理方案及其护理效果分析。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月本院收治的重症有机磷农药中毒患者总计150例,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组75例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用急诊急救护理。比较急诊急救指标及恢复指标,统计救治成功与并发症发生情况,并对患者发放满意度调查问卷明确患者或其家属对于急诊急救护理及其效果的满意度评价。结果研究组患者在护理后的救治成功率显著的高于对照组,而并发症发生率则显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者或其家属对于急诊急救护理及其效果的总满意度率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症有机磷农药中毒患者中,实施以急诊急救护理可显著的缩短急诊停留、分诊评估、急救、洗胃、胆碱酯酶活性恢复、清醒及住院的时间,显著的提升患者的救治成功率,减少并发症的发生,提升患者或其家属对于急诊急救护理及其效果的满意度,效果理想。

Objective To observe and explore emergency nursing scheme and nursing effect of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods The paper chose 150 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly with number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and study group with emergency nursing.Emergency and recovery indicators were compared,successful rate of treatment and the occurrence of complications was calculated,and satisfaction evaluation of emergency nursing was clarified by distributing satisfaction survey questionnaires.Results Successful rate of post-care treatment in study group was significantly higher than control group,while incidence of complications was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree of study group patients or their families with emergency nursing was 100.00%,higher than 92.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,emergency nursing can shorten emergency stay,triage evaluation,gastric lavage,recovery of cholinesterase activity,wakefulness,and length of stay significantly,improve successful rate of treatment,reduce complications incidence,and enhance satisfaction degree of patients or their families,which has ideal effect.
