优质护理对小儿支气管炎治疗效果及护理质量的影响

Curative Effect of Nursing Quality of High-quality Nursing for Pediatric Bronchitis

目的探究小儿支气管炎治疗期间优质护理的临床价值。方法选择2021年12月—2022年12月本院收治的小儿支气管炎患儿100例进行研究。采用数字表法分为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(行优质护理),每组50例。比较两组患儿临床疗效、观察症状改善时间、统计并发症率、并观察两组患儿护理质量差异。结果观察组临床显效率较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发烧、恶寒、咳嗽、咳痰改善时间均较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量中,观察组护理质量各项得分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管炎治疗中,优质护理可提升护理质量,提高治疗效果,减少并发症,促进患儿康复。

Objective To explore clinical value of high quality nursing in treatment of pediatric bronchitis.Methods The paper chose 100 children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and divided into control group(with routine nursing)and observation group(with highquality nursing)with number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Clinical effect between two groups was compared,symptom improvement time was observed,incidence of complications was calculated and difference in nursing quality between two groups was observed.Results Clinical effect rate of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improvement time of fever,aversion to cold,cough,and phlegm in observation group was shorter than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing quality scores of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve quality of nursing,treatment effect,reduce complications,and promote recovery of children with bronchitis.
