终末期癌症患者亲属对优逝教育认知的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Hospice Education Cognition of Family of End Stage Cancer Patients

目的探究终末期癌症患者亲属对优逝教育方面的认知及需求,为临床实施优逝教育提供参考依据。方法选取2020年5月—2021年8月入住安徽省某三甲中医医院肿瘤科的终末期癌症患者亲属为主要研究对象,以半结构式访谈提纲为指引,访谈前与亲属充分沟通说明目的,建立相互信任关系,以保证访谈者充分表达自己的观点,最终将访谈资料进行整理与分析,得出研究结果。结果安宁疗护在中国的“知名度”不高,相应的安宁疗护学以及安宁疗护机构的发展也多阻滞。优逝工作是一项长期的移风易俗的系统工程。结论希望通过本研究的实施,使癌症终末期亲属明确优逝的目的,正确认知和看待患者的死亡,作出理性的选择,为临床开启“优逝”教育新拐点提供参考。

Objective To explore cognition and needs of family of end-stage cancer patients on hospice education,and provide reference for clinical implementation of hospice education.Methods The paper chose family of end-stage cancer patients admitted to oncology department of a class A tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in Anhui from May 2020 to August 2021 as main research subjects.Guided by outline of semi structured interview,the author fully communicated with family before interview to explain purpose,establish mutual trust relationship,ensure interviewers fully express views,finally collated and analyzed interview data to obtain research results.Results Hospice in China is not popular,and development of hospice science and hospice institutions is hindered.Hospice is a long-term system engineering for customs and traditions changes.Conclusion the study aims to help family of end stage cancer patietns understand purpose of euthanasia,recognize and view death of patients correctly,make rational choices,and provide reference for clinical initiation of a new turning point of hospice education.
