中央会议多次部署:要把残疾人事业纳入国民经济和社会发展总体规划、并成立专项规划和年度规划,建立稳定的经费保障机制。这是我国对残疾人士的关爱和重视。残疾人辅具假肢和矫形器技术的发展为残疾人的生活提供便利服务。假肢是为了弥补身体不健全者的肢体而安装的体外人工假体,装配者在经过功能训练和康复训练后,可以更加灵活地使用假体;矫形器主要用于肢体运动障碍、康复、矫正,通过人体外部外力的作用,帮助装配者的身体恢复及矫正生长。残疾人是一个较为特殊的需要帮助的群体,辅具行业逐渐完善的科技将为残疾人带来福祉,要社会人士需要共同关爱残疾人士,帮残疾人士加入社会,助其实现人生价值。

The Central Conference has repeatedly deployed to include cause of disabled people in overall plan for national economic and social development,establish special plans and annual plans,and stable funding guarantee mechanism,which shows care and importance for disabled people.Development of assistive limb and orthosis technology provides convenient services for daily lives of disabled.Prosthetics are extracorporeal artificial prostheses to compensate for limbs of individuals with physical disabilities.after functional and rehabilitation training,assembler can use prosthesis flexibly.Orthopedics are mainly used for limb movement disorders,rehabilitation,and correction.With external force of human body,assembler can recover and correct growth.Disabled is a relatively special group in need of assistance,and gradually improved technology in accessory industry can bring welfare to them.Caring for disabled requires common care of the society,so that they can join the society and realize their life value.
