经皮椎体成形术与保守疗法治疗老年胸腰椎压缩骨折的效果比较

Effect Comparison of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty and Conservative Therapy in Treatment of Elderly Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术与保守疗法治疗老年胸腰椎压缩骨折的效果。方法选取2021年6—12月本院收治的34例老年胸腰椎压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将其分成对照组和实验组,每组各17例。对照组采取保守治疗,实验组采取经皮椎体成形术治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、治疗前后功能障碍评分和疼痛评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前功能障碍评分与疼痛评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05);经过治疗,实验组患者功能障碍评分与疼痛评分均有所降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年胸腰椎压缩骨折患者实施经皮椎体成形术治疗效果显著,术后并发症发生率降低,患者疼痛感有所减轻,加快身体恢复。

Objective To explore effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty and conservative therapy in treatment of elderly thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods The paper chose 34 elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to our hospital from June to December 2021 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 17 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conservative management,and experimental group with percutaneous vertebroplasty.after treatment,total effective rate,complication incidence,dysfunction scores and pain scores between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,difference in data between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications was significantly lower than control group,data difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of dysfunction scores and pain scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).after treatment,dysfunction scores and pain scores of experimental group were lower,those of observation group were significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can achieve significant curative effect for elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures,can reduce incidence of postoperative complications,alleviate pains,and accelerate physical recovery.
