可溶性生长刺激表达因子(ST2)在慢性心衰治疗前后变化的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Changes in Soluble Growth Stimulating Expression Factor(ST2)Before and after Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究可溶性生长刺激表达因子(soluble growth-stimulated expression factors,ST2)对于慢性心力衰竭治疗前和治疗后数值变化的意义。方法将2020年11月—2022年10月本院收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,分别对比上述射血分数降低性心衰患者治疗前后ST2水平、NT-proBNP水平、左室射血分数以及6分钟步行实验结果。结果治疗后,射血分数降低性心衰患者ST2水平为(38.93±4.67)pg/mL-1,NT-proBNP水平为(528.93±40.13)pg/mL-1,左室射血分数为(44.57±2.23)%,6min步行结果为(256.34±15.34)m,较治疗前患者上述指标数据更优,数据存在统计意义(P<0.05)。结论血清可溶性生长刺激表达因子水平和慢性心衰患者严重程度呈正相关,可作为慢性心衰患者治疗后病情恢复情况的有效依据,可在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To investigate significance of changes of soluble growth stimulated expression factors(ST2)before and after treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 as study subjects,ST2 level,NT proBNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction,and 6-minute walk test results of patients with appeal HFrEF before and after treatment was compared.Results after treatment,ST2 level of patients with HFrEF was(38.93±4.67)pg/mL-1,NT proBNP level was(528.93±40.13)pg/mL-1,left ventricular ejection fraction was(44.57±2.23)%,6-minute walk result was(256.34±15.34)m,better than appeal index data of patients before treatment(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Conclusion There is positive correlation between serum soluble growth stimulating expression factor levels and severity of chronic heart failure patients,which can be effective basis for recovery of chronic heart failure patients after treatment and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
