天舒片联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Tianshu Tablets Combined with Flunarizine in Treatment of Migraine

目的探讨治疗偏头痛患者采用天舒片联合氟桂利嗪的效果。方法本次试验选取本院门诊在2021年12月—2023年3月收治的120例偏头痛患者作为数据分析对象,并将其按随机数字表方法分组,共分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组实施天舒片联合氟桂利嗪治疗。对比两组治疗效果、疼痛状态(VAS)评分、偏头痛持续发作时间和发作频率、不良反应发生率、血清5-羟色胺(-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)指标。结果两组对比治疗效果,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分、偏头痛发作频率均低于对照组,偏头痛发作持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组5-HT高于对照组,NO、MMP-9低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比不良反应发生率,观察组占比是6.67%,对照组占比是5.00%,两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论通过天舒片联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛患者,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,缓解疼痛,缩短疼痛持续发作时间,降低发作频率,安全性高,值得在临床治疗偏头痛方案中推广以及实施。

Objective To investigate effect of Tianshu tablet combined with flunarizine in treatment of migraine patients.Methods The paper chose 120 migraine patients admitted to our outpatient department from December 2021 to March 2023 as data analysis subjects,and divided them into control and observation group randomly with number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with flunarizine,and observation group with Tianshu Tablets combined with flunarizine.Treatment effect between two groups was compared,including pain status(VAS)scores,duration of migraine attacks,and frequency.Incidence of adverse reactions,serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),nitric oxide(NO)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)was compared between two groups.Results Treatment effective rate in observation group was 98.33%,significantly higher than 85.00%in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).after treatment,VAS scores(2.21±0.58)and frequency of migraine attacks(0.41±0.03)per week in observation group were lower than control group.Duration of migraine attacks was(3.26±0.91),shorter than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).5-HT(104.83±8.25)ng/mL in observation group was higher than control group,NO(92.68±8.41)μMol/L,MMP-9(153.01±14.06)μg/L was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in observation group,that of control group was 5.00%,with no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Tianshu tablet and flunarizine can improve clinical treatment effect effectively,relieve pain,shorten duration of pain attacks,reduce frequency of attacks with high safety in treatment of migraine patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment of migraine.
