周边离焦功能性眼镜与单焦点眼镜对于儿童青少年近视防控效果的研究

Clinical Effect Study of Peripheral Defocus Functional Glasses and Monocular Glasses in Preventing and Controlling Myopia of Children and Adolescents

目的探讨周边离焦功能性眼镜与单焦点眼镜对于儿童青少年近视防控效果。方法选取本院配镜屈光矫正治疗的68例儿童青少年近视患儿(2021年7月—2023年5月),根据患儿家属治疗意愿分为单焦点组和周边离焦组。根据患儿验光情况配镜,单焦点组患儿佩戴常规单焦点框架眼镜治疗,周边离焦组患者佩戴周边离焦功能性眼镜治疗,对两组患儿随访18个月,观察患儿屈光度、眼轴长度变化,并评估其近视控制满意度情况。结果周边离焦组患儿配镜后6个月、12个月和18个月的屈光度显著低于单焦点组(P<0.05),且随访18个月屈光度增长幅度(0.36±0.11)D显著低于单焦点组(0.86±0.25)D(P<0.05)。周边离焦组患儿配镜后6个月、12个月和18个月的眼轴长度显著低于单焦点组(P<0.05)。周边离焦组随访18个月近视度数增长者(64.71%,22/34)占比显著少于单焦点组(88.24%,30/34),近视度数减少者(14.71%,5/34)占比显著多于单焦点组(0)(P<0.05)。周边离焦组近视控制满意度评分显著高于单焦点组(P<0.05)。结论周边离焦功能性眼镜有助于控制患儿屈光度、眼轴长度增长,应用于儿童青少年近视防控效果良好,近视控制满意度较高,应用价值较高,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore clinical effect of peripheral defocusing functional glasses and monocular glasses in preventing and controlling myopia of children and adolescents.Methods The paper chose 68 children and adolescents with myopia(from July 2021 to May 2023)with refractive correction with glasses in our hospital,and divided them into single focus group(treated with routine single focus frame glasses)and peripheral defocus group(with peripheral defocus functional glasses)according to treatment wishes of families.According to optometry treatment of children,single focus group was treated with routine single focus frame glasses,while peripheral defocus group with peripheral defocus functional glasses.Both groups were followed up for 18 months to observe changes of refractive power and axial length,and evaluate satisfaction degree with myopia control.Results Refractive index of peripheral defocused group was significantly lower than single focus group at 6,12,and 18 months after surgery(P<0.05),increase in refractive index at 18 months of follow-up(0.36±0.11D)was significantly lower than single focus group(0.86±0.25D)(P<0.05).Axial length of peripheral defocused group was significantly lower than single focus group at 6,12,and 18 months after surgery(P<0.05).Proportion of patients with increased myopia in peripheral defocus group(64.71%,22/34)after 18 months of follow-up was significantly lower than single focus group(88.24%,30/34),proportion of patients with decreased myopia(14.71%,5/34)was significantly higher than single focus group(0)(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of myopia control in peripheral defocus group(124.35±25.02 points)was significantly higher than single focus group(98.51±20.25 points)(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral defocusing functional glasses can control refractive index and axial length growth of pediatric patients,with good effect in preventing and controlling myopia of children and adolescents,with high satisfaction degree with myopia control and high application value,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
