PBL联合床边教学法在骨科中医临床实践教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析PBL+床边教学法运用在骨科中医临床教学中的有效性。方法研究主体为运城市中医医院的82名骨科实习生,实习时间为2021年7月—2022年7月,根据不同的教学模式,对实习生均分为常规教学的参照组和PBL+床边教学的研究组,观察对比研究两组的各项指标有效性。结果研究组的出科成绩、病历书写和沟通能力分数都比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的实习生对教学工作的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对此次实习的积极性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用PBL+床边教学法,能够使学生掌握更多的骨科知识和操作技能,调动学生实习的主动性,提升其学习成绩和实习评分,值得应用。 Objective To analyze effect of PBL+bedside teaching method in TCM clinical teaching of orthopedics.Methods The paper chose 82 orthopaedic interns in Yuncheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups equally according to different teaching modes,41 students in each group.Control group was treated with routine teaching and study group with PBL+bedside teaching.Effect of various indicators between two groups was observed and compared.Results Academic performance,medical record writing,and communication ability scores in study group were relatively higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Interns in study group showed higher satisfaction degree with teaching,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Research group showed higher enthusiasm for internship,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with bedside teaching method can enable students to master more orthopedic knowledge and operational skills,mobilize their initiative in internships,improve academic performance and internship scores,which is worthy of application.
