Effect of Risk Nursing Management Model on Physiological Function,Life Quality,and Treatment Compliance of Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨风险护理管理模式对血液透析患者生理功能、生活质量及治疗依从性的影响。方法将本院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的68例血液透析患者按照随机数字表法分为参照组(34例)、实验组(34例),参照组给予常规护理干预,实验组给予风险护理管理模式干预,观察两组生理功能、生活质量及治疗依从性。结果干预8周后,两组血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)均较干预前降低,且实验组较参照组低(P<0.05);干预8周后两组一般健康生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、透析相关生活质量量表(KDTA)评分均较干预前升高,且实验组较参照组高(P<0.05);实验组遵医服药依从率高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组规律饮食依从率高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组日常作息依从率高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组规律血液透析依从率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将风险护理管理模式用于血液透析患者中,可以有效促进肾脏生理功能恢复,提高其生活质量及治疗依从性。

Objective To explore effect of risk nursing management model on physiological function,life quality,and treatment compliance of hemodialysis patients.Methods The paper chose 68 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups with random number table method.Reference group(34 cases)was treated with routine nursing intervention,while experimental group(34 cases)with risk nursing management intervention.Physiological function,life quality,and treatment compliance between two groups was observed.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,blood blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCR)in two groups was lower than before intervention,that of experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).after 8 weeks of intervention,scores of General Health Life quality Scale(SF-36)and Dialysis Related Life quality Scale(KDTA)in both groups were higher than before intervention,those fo experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Compliance rate with medication in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),compliance rate of experimental group with regular diet was higher than control group(P<0.05),daily routine compliance rate of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),compliance rate of experimental group with regular hemodialysis was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk nursing management model can effectively promote recovery of renal physiological function,improve life quality and treatment compliance of hemodialysis patients.
