职业人群代谢综合征健康教育干预效果

Intervention Effect of Health Education on Metabolic Syndrome of Occupational Population

目的分析职业人群代谢综合征健康教育干预效果。方法筛选2019年6月—2022年5月进行健康体检职业病人群共3000例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各1500例。观察组采取健康教育干预,对照组采取常规指导。对比干预效果。结果观察组受检者经干预后,指标均异常、1项正常、2项正常比例低于对照组,4项及以上正常比例高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组代谢指标干预后均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后各项代谢指标改善率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对职业病人群开展代谢综合征的健康教育,有助于提升其代谢水平改善情况,可促使各项代谢指标恢复正常,提升职业病人群机体健康水平。

Objective To analyze effect of health education intervention for metabolic syndrome of occupational populations.Methods The paper chose 3000 occupational patients with health examinations from June 2019 to May 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group,with 1500 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with health education intervention,while control group with routine guidance.Effect of interventions was was compared.Results after intervention,all indicators in observation group were abnormal,with lower proportion of 1 normal and 2 normal items than control group,and higher proportion of 4 or more normal items than control group(P<0.05).after intervention,metabolic indicators in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Improvement rate of various metabolic indicators in observation group after intervention was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education on metabolic syndrome can improve metabolic levels of occupational patients,promote return of various metabolic indicators to normal,and enhance overall health level of occupational patients.
