分析在对脾胃病患者实施护理的过程中实施循证护理的效果

Effect Analyze of Evidence-Based Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Spleen and Stomach Diseases

目的分析在对脾胃病患者实施护理的过程中实施循证护理的效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月本院入住且符合本研究纳入标准的脾胃病患者102例,按随机数表法分为对照组(61例)、观察组(61例),对照组使用常规护理干预,观察组使用循证护理干预,对比两组遵医行为、不良情绪、生活质量、护理满意率。结果观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组情绪、遵医行为、生活质量评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组HAMD评分、BSI评分显著低于对照组,遵医行为评分、WHOQOL-100评分、SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脾胃病患者实施护理的过程中应用循证护理可提升患者对于疾病治疗的依从性,控制不良情绪,提高生活质量,并且获取较高的护理满意率,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing of patients with spleen and stomach diseases.Methods The paper chose 102 patients with spleen and stomach disease admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 and met inclusion criteria for study,and divided them into control group(61 cases)and observation group(61 cases)randomly with number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with evidence-based nursing intervention.Compliance behavior,adverse emotions,life quality,and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results Nursing satisfaction degree was 96.72%in observation group,higher than 85.25%in control group,P<0.05.There was no difference in scores of emotions,compliance behavior,and life quality between two groups before nursing,P>0.05.after nursing,HAMD scores and BSI scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,while compliance behavior scores,WHO QOL-100 scores,and SF-36 scores were significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can enhance compliance with disease treatment,control negative emotions,improve life quality,and achieve high nursing satisfaction degree in nursing of patients with spleen and stomach diseases,which has promotional value.
