中医外治法治疗肠易激综合征的研究进展

Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

肠易激综合征是临床中的常见病,其病因病机尚不明确,目前其治疗措施主要包括西医治疗、中医内治法和中医外治法三类。单纯应用西医治疗的效果不尽如人意,且治疗后容易再次发作。而中医外治法在治疗肠易激综合征方面尤其具有优势,如针刺、灸法、穴位埋线、穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压、灌肠等手段单法运用或联合施治在临床上都取得了良好疗效,相对于西医治疗和中医内治又具有见效快、不良反应或并发症少、无依赖性、病人容易接受等优点,吸引了众多学者对此进行研究,在临床上有较大的应用前景。

Irritable bowel syndrome is a common disease in clinical practice,with unclear etiology and pathogenesis.Currently,treatment measures mainly include western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.Western medicine only can not have satisfactory effect,and it is easy to relapse after treatment.Therefore,combination of Chinese and Western medicine is often applied in clinical practice.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has particularly advantages for irritable bowel syndrome,inclduing acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint application,ear point pressure,coloclyster,and other single or combined treatment.Compared to western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment,it has advantages of quick response,fewer adverse reactions or complications,no dependence,and easy acceptance by patients,which attracts numerous scholars to study and has great clinical application prospects.
