小儿复方氨基酸注射液治疗小儿腹泻的药学及效果研究

Pharmacological Study and Curaitve Effect of Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection on Pediatric Diarrhea

目的 探究小儿复方氨基酸注射液在小儿腹泻治疗中的临床效果及药学作用。方法 选择河北省任丘市中医院2021年6月—2022年12月收治的腹泻患儿108例为对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各54例。对照组给予利巴韦林进行常规治疗,实验组给予小儿复方氨基酸注射液治疗,对比其疗效情况。结果 治疗后,实验组患儿退热所用时间、止泻所用时间及住院时间均比对照组短,且差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率是77.78%,实验组的疗效总有效率是96.30%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿家属对治疗的总满意度是75.93%,实验组患儿家属对治疗的总满意度是94.44%,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿复方氨基酸注射液应用在小儿腹泻治疗中药效显著,能加快止泻,可推荐使用。

Objective To explore clinical effect and pharmacological effect of pediatric compound amino acid injection in treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods The paper chose 108 pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to Renqiu City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 as subjects,and divided them into groups randomly.Control group consisted of 54 patients was treated with routine treatment with ribavirin,while experimental group consisted of 54 patients with pediatric compound amino acid injection.Curative effect Was compared.Results After treatment,experimental group had shorter fever relieving time,diarrhea relieving time,and length of stay than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of control group was 77.78%,that of experimental group was 96.30%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of family members of control group with treatment was 75.93%,that of experimental group was 94.44%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric compound amino acid injection can achieve significant effect in treatment of pediatric diarrhea,can accelerate the cessation of diarrhea,which can be recommended for application.
