低分子肝素联合胰岛素对高甘油三酯型重症急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子及预后的影响

Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Insulin on Inflammatory Factors and Prognosis of Patients with High Triglyceride Type Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的 探究低分子肝素联合胰岛素对高甘油三酯型重症急性胰腺炎患者炎症因子与预后的影响。方法 将2021年4月—2022年9月收治的60例高甘油三酯型重症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施低分子肝素联合胰岛素治疗,比较临床效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率、治疗后的凝血功能指标、炎症因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高甘油三酯型重症急性胰腺炎患者实施低分子肝素联合胰岛素治疗,能显著增强凝血功,有效调整炎症相关指标,促进整体治疗效果的提升。

Objective To investigate effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with insulin on inflammatory factors and prognosis of patients with high triglyceride type severe acute pancreatitis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with high triglyceride type severe acute pancreatitis from April 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into control group with routine treatment and observation group with low-molecular-weight heparin combined with insulin treatment randomly.Clinical effect was compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment,coagulation function indicators after treatment,and levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with insulin therapy can significantly enhance coagulation function,adjust inflammation related indicators,and promote overall treatment effect of patients with high triglyceride type severe acute pancreatitis effectively.
