Application Exploration of MOOCs in Standardized Dentistry and Endodontics Training of Dental Residents

随着社会的进步,国家对医学生的规范化培训更加重视。住院医师规范化培训是医学生成为合格医生的必经之路。口腔医学由多个重要的分支学科组成,牙体牙髓病学是其中的一支重要学科,所以在规范化培训期间,每一位口腔住院医师都要轮转牙体牙髓病科。牙体牙髓病科的重点工作就包括对住院医师的教学及培训。传统教学培训模式单一,多采用灌输式教育,会导致口腔住院医师被动接受培训内容,创伤了他们主动学习和参与培训的积极性,最终导致他们实践能力、创新能力不足,专业治疗水平不高。基于此,相关机构应不断创新和优化口腔住院医师教学模式,提出新的口腔住院医师规范化培训和教学策略。

With progress of society and complexity of doctor-patient environment,the country attaches great importance to standardized training of medical students.Necessary path for every medical student to become a qualified doctor is standardized training for resident physicians.Stomatology is composed of multiple important sub disciplines,of which dentistry and endodontics are an important branch.Therefore,during standardized training,every resident dentist must rotate the dentistry and endodontics department.Key work of dentistry and dndodontics includes teaching and training resident physicians.Single traditional teaching and training mode,especially the indoctrination education can cause passive acceptance of training content for resident dentists,neglecting initiative in learning and participating in training,with insufficiency of practical ability,innovation ability,and professional treatment level.on the basis,it is necessary to continuously innovate and optimize teaching mode of oral residents,propose new standardized training and teaching strategies for oral residents.
