品质管理圈活动对提升护理质量的影响

Effect of Quality Management Circle Activities on Nursing Quality Improvement

目的 分析品质管理圈活动对护理质量的提升效果。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月就诊于本院门诊的120例患者,以硬币法随机将其分入对照组与研究组。对照组采取常规护理管理,研究组开展品质管理圈活动。对比两组患者的不良事件发生率、护患纠纷率、患者满意度、护理质量评分、治疗依从性。结果研究组的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护患纠纷率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理操作评分、健康教育评分、安全管理评分、基本护理评分高于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品质管理圈活动对护理质量、患者满意度、治疗依从性均有显著提升作用,同时还能显著减少护患纠纷和不良事件的发生。

Objective To analyze effect of quality management circle activities on improving nursing quality.Methods The paper chose 120 patients in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into control group and study group randomly with coin method.Control group was treated with routine nursing management,while study group with quality management circle activities.Incidence of adverse events,nurse patient dispute rate,satisfaction degree,nursing quality scores,and treatment compliance were compared between two groups.Results Incidence of adverse events in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05),nurse patient dispute rate was lower than control group(P<0.05),satisfaction degree was higher than control group(P<0.05),treatment compliance rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).Nursing operation scores,health education scores,safety management scores,and basic nursing scores of study group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality management circle activities have significant improvement effect on nursing quality,satisfaction degree and treatment compliance of patients,can reduce incidence of nurse patient disputes and adverse events significantly.
