癌症是全球范围内重要的公共卫生问题,治疗复杂,对患者生活、家庭、心理、生理均造成严重影响。随着诊疗技术的进步,癌症患者存活率明显提高,但需要长期照护。患者回归日常生活,自我管理疾病是重要内容,且自我管理水平对患者预后、生命质量具有重要的影响。本文概述了癌症患者自我管理现状,并提出了相关建议。

Cancer is an important public health issue across the world,with complex treatment,and serious impacts on lives,families,psychology and physiology of patients.with advancement of diagnostic and treatment technology,survival rate of cancer patients has significantly improved,but they need long-term care.Self-management of diseases is an important aspect for patients returning to daily lives,level of self-management has significant effect on prognosis and life quality of patients.The article reviews current status of self-management of cancer patients and provides related suggestions.
