疼痛管理临床护理路径干预对骨折术后患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量及心理应激的影响

Effects of Clinical Nursing Pathway Intervention for Pain Management on Pain Level,Sleep Quality and Psychological Stress in Patients after Fracture Surgery

目的分析疼痛管理临床护理路径干预对骨折术后患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量及心理应激的影响。方法研究对象为2021年1月至2022年12月到医院诊治的76例骨折手术患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组。对照组(n=38)采用常规护理,研究组(n=38)采用疼痛管理临床护理路径干预。对比两组的睡眠质量、疼痛程度、心理应激反应、心理弹性、生活质量、术后并发症及满意度。结果研究组各项睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组心理韧性评分与生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(7.89%)低于对照组(26.32%)(P<0.05)。研究组满意度(97.37%)高于对照组(81.58%)(P<0.05)。结论针对骨折手术患者,实施疼痛管理临床路径护理的效果显著,有利于减轻疼痛程度及心理应激反应,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of clinical nursing pathway intervention in pain management on pain degree,sleep quality and psychological stress in patients after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients were enrolled in fracture surgery who went to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and were grouped into control group(usual care,n=38)and study group(clinical nursing pathway intervention for pain management,n=38)using random number table method.The sleep quality,pain level,psychological stress response,psychological resilience,quality of life,postoperative complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep quality scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of VAS score,SAS score and SDS score,the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of resilience score and quality of life score,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative complication rate,the study group(7.89%)was lower than the control group(26.32%)(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the study group(97.37%)was higher than the control group(81.58%)(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients undergoing fracture surgery,the clinical pathway nursing of pain management has a significant effect,which is conducive to reducing pain degree and psychological stress response,improving sleep quality.
