细节护理在血液透析患者置管感染预防中的效果

The Effect of Detailed Nursing in Preventing Catheterization Infection in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探究细节护理用作于血液透析患者置管感染预防中的作用效果。方法选取60例血液透析患者作为本次研究对象,选取时间范围在2020年10月至2022年10月,以单双数抽签方式将患者均分为两组,每组各有30例。参照组采取常规护理,研究组则应用细节护理。对两组患者的置管感染发生率进行比对,并且比较焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果研究组的置管感染发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组评分低于参照组;而两组护理后的ESCA评分、SF-36评分高于护理前,且研究组评分高于参照组,数据相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者置管感染预防中运用细节护理干预,能够有效帮助患者调整心理状态,提高患者自护能力,降低置管感染发生率。

Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of detail nursing in preventing catheterization infection in hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients were selected as the study subjects,with a time range of October 2020 to October 2022.The patients were evenly divided into two groups by single and double number lottery,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group received routine care,while the research group received detailed care.Compare the incidence of catheterization infection between two groups of patients,and compare the scores on the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Exercise of Self Care Agency Scale(ESCA),and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36).Results The incidence of catheterization infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group;However,the ESCA and SF-36 scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than before nursing,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of detailed nursing intervention in the prevention of catheterization infection in hemodialysis patients can effectively help patients'psychological status,improve their self-care ability,promote the reduction of catheterization infection incidence.
