应用托莫西汀联用盐酸硫必利与联用可乐定贴片在注意力缺陷多动障碍合并抽动障碍治疗中的对照性研究

A Comparative Study of Tomoxetine Combined with Tiapride Hydrochloride and Clonidine Patch in the Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Complicated with Tic Disorder

目的对比托莫西汀联用盐酸硫必利与托莫西汀联用可乐定贴片治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍合并抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2020年2月至2022年9月东莞市妇幼保健院儿童保健科收治的120例注意力缺陷多动障碍合并抽动障碍患儿为研究对象。按照治疗方案不同分组,对照组60例应用托莫西汀联用可乐定贴片进行治疗。试验组60例应用托莫西汀联用盐酸硫必利进行治疗。比较IVA-PT注意力持续能力测试、康奈氏儿童行为量表结果;比较耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表评分(YGTSS);比较临床疗效。结果两组注意缺陷多动障碍治疗方面,控制力商数均值、注意力商数均值、多动指数均值、冲动指数均值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组YGTSS评分改善情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组注意力缺陷多动障碍临床疗效与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组抽动障碍临床疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注意力缺陷多动障碍合并抽动障碍治疗中,托莫西汀联用盐酸硫必利的整体疗效好于托莫西汀联用可乐定贴片。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of tomoxetine combined with tiapride hydrochloride and tomoxetine combined with clonidine patch in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder complicated with tic disorder.Methods From February 2020 to September 2022,120 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder complicated with tic disorder were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,60 cases in the control group were treated with tommoxetine combined with clonidine patch.60 cases in the experimental group were treated with tommoxetine combined with tiapride hydrochloride.The results of IVA-PT attention span test and Connell's child behavior scale were compared.To compare the Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS).Compare the clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in the mean control quotient,mean attention quotient,mean hyperactivity index and mean impulsivity index between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of YGTSS score in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the experimental group(P>0.05).The clinical effect of tic disorder in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder complicated with TIC disorder,the overall curative effect of tomoxetine combined with tiapride hydrochloride is better than that of tomoxetine combined with clonidine patch.
