输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术治疗输尿管结石并狭窄的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Ureteroscopic Retrograde Balloon Dilatation for Ureteral Calculi and Stenosis

目的分析输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术治疗输尿管结石并狭窄患者的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月期间在我科住院的54例输尿管结石并狭窄患者,随机分为输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术组(28例)及常规输尿管腔内扩张组(26例),比较两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、治疗效果以及术后并发症。结果输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术组患者手术时间、术后住院时间短于常规输尿管腔内扩张组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月常规输尿管腔内扩张组的治疗总有效率为84.62%,输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术组的治疗总有效率为96.43%,两组之间比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。常规输尿管腔内扩张组并发症发生率为30.77%,输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术组并发症发生率为7.14%,两组之间比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下逆行球囊扩张术治疗输尿管结石并狭窄患者临床效果优于常规输尿管腔内扩张治疗,且术后并发症发生率低,手术时间和术后住院时间较短,有利于患者病情的康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion in patients with ureteral calculi and stenosis.Methods The 54 patients with ureteral calculi and strictures hospitalized in our department between January 2020 and December 2022 were randomly assigned to ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion group(28 cases)and conventional ureteral expansion group(26 cases),to compare the operation time,postoperative hospital stay,treatment effect and postoperative complications.Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion group were shorter than those of the conventional ureteral expansion group(P<0.05).Following up for 6 months,the total effective rate of treatment in the conventional ureteral expansion group was 84.62%,while in the ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion group was 96.43%.The statistical comparison result was P>0.05.The incidence of complications in the conventional ureteral expansion group was 30.77%,while in the ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion group was 7.14%.The statistical comparison results were P<0.05.Conclusions The clinical effect of ureteroscopic retrograde balloon expansion in patients with ureteral calculi and stenosis is better than that of conventional ureteral dilation,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,the operation time and postoperative hospital stay are short,which is beneficial to the recovery of the patient's condition.
