胆绞痛患者接受间苯三酚治疗的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Phloroglucinol Treatment in Patients with Biliary Colic

目的探讨胆绞痛患者接受间苯三酚治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年2月至2022年8月我院收治的98例胆绞痛患者,根据患者的使用药物差异将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组胆绞痛患者采用静脉滴注抗胆碱药物山莨菪碱治疗,观察组胆绞痛患者采用间苯三酚治疗。对两组胆绞痛患者治疗1 h后疼痛程度变化情况、治疗总有效率、并发症发生率进行对比。结果治疗1 h后观察组疼痛水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胆绞痛患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胆绞痛患者口干、面红等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆绞痛患者接受间苯三酚治疗的疗效及安全性优于山莨菪碱,更有利于快速改善患者疼痛症状,提升胆绞痛的总体治疗效果,并减少不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of phloroglucinol treatment in patients with biliary colic.Methods Ninety-eight patients with biliary colic treated in our hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to drug use differences,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anisodamine intravenously,while the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol.The change of pain degree,total effective rate and complication rate of patients with biliary colic were compared between the two groups after 1 h treatment.Results After 1 h of treatment,the pain level of the observation group was reduced more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of biliary colic in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as dry mouth and red face in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy and safety of phloroglucinol treatment in patients with biliary colic is better than anisodamine,which is more conducive to the rapid improvement of patients'pain symptoms,improve the overall therapeutic effect of biliary colic,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
