摘要
目的分析应用低离子聚凝胺技术(MPT)进行临床输血检验的效果,分析检出率。方法选取2021年7月至2023年4月受血输血检验患者7486例,分别实施MPT检验与卡式血型鉴定法(卡式法)。结果卡式法平均耗时(25.18±1.73)min,MPT法平均耗时(9.36±3.42)min,MPT法耗时时间短于卡式法,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。7486例样本中,MPT检验显示阳性35例,阴性7451例。卡式法检验显示阳性37例,阴性7449例。MPT检验漏检率与卡式法检验相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MPT检验错检率与卡式法检验相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卡式法检验灵敏度与MPT检验对比差异无统计学意义,卡式法灵敏度稍高(P>0.05),MPT检验特异度与卡式法检验对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MPT检验准确度与卡式法检验对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床输血检验中低离子聚凝胺技术以及卡式法应用价值均较高,检出率较高,准确性较好,临床效果显著。但相对于卡式法而言,低离子聚凝胺技术操作简便,时间更短,适合快速配血,临床可根据需求自行选择不同检验方式。
Objective The effect of low ion polycoagulant technique(MPT)on blood transfusion was analyzed.The detection rate was analyzed.Methods A total of 7486 patients who underwent blood transfusion tests from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected and subjected to MPT testing and cassette blood type identification(cassette method),respectively.Results The average time for the cassette method was(25.18±1.73)minutes,while the time for the MPT method was(9.36±3.42)minutes.MPT method is shorter than cassette method,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the 7486 samples,MPT test showed positive results in 35 cases and negative results in 7451 cases.The cassette test showed 37 positive cases and 7449 negative cases.There was no statistically significant difference in the missed detection rate between the MPT test and the card method test(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the false detection rate between the MPT test and the card method test(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the sensitivity of the card method test and the MPT test(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity of the MPT test compared to the card method test(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of the MPT test compared to the card method test(P>0.05).Conclusions In clinical blood transfusion test,the low ion polycoagulant technique and cassette method have high application value,high detection rate,good accuracy and remarkable clinical effect.However,compared with the cassette method,the low-ion polycoagulant technology is simple to operate,shorter time,suitable for rapid blood matching,and different test methods can be selected according to clinical needs.
