综合护理在呼吸道感染护理中的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Respiratory Tract Infection Nursing

目的探讨并分析呼吸道感染护理中综合护理的应用价值及效果。方法选取我院2021年3月至2023年2月期间收治的122例呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组原则,将患者分为观察组(n=61)与对照组(n=61)。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组采取综合护理措施,对比两组护理效果。结果护理干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组;观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、鼻塞、流涕症状的消退时间均短于对照组;观察组的基础护理、专科护理、病房管理、护理安全、服务态度5个方面的护理质量评分均高于对照组;观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态4个维度的生活质量评分均高于对照组,数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理措施对呼吸道感染患者进行护理干预,可在全面提升临床护理质量的基础上,促使患者各临床症状尽早消退,同时促使患者心理状态得以改善,以及生活质量得以提升。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value and effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in the care of respiratory tract infections.Methods 122 patients with respiratory tract infections admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random number table grouping,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=61)and a control group(n=61).The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing measures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;The observation group had shorter time for clinical symptoms such as fever,cough,phlegm,nasal congestion,and runny nose to subside compared to the control group;The observation group had higher nursing quality scores than the control group in five aspects:basic nursing,specialized nursing,ward management,nursing safety,and service attitude;The quality of life scores in the four dimensions of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with respiratory tract infections can promote the early resolution of clinical symptoms,improve their psychological state,and enhance their quality of life on the basis of comprehensively improving the quality of clinical care.
