拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用

The Application of Extended Comfort Nursing Combined with Motivational Psychological Intervention in Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Patients

目的探析拓展型舒适护理联合激励式心理干预在肺癌化疗患者中的应用。方法选择100例肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,利用单双号将其随机均分成两组。对照组(n=50)行拓展型舒适护理,观察组(n=50)应用拓展型舒适护理结合激励式心理干预,比较两组SAS、SDS评分及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,生活质量各项评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论拓展型舒适护理结合激励式心理干预可以有效地提升肺癌化疗患者的生活质量,该研究结果为科学化护理肺癌化疗患者提供了有力的理论和实践依据,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application of extended comfort care combined incentive psychological intervention in lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods 100 lung cancer chemotherapy patients were selected and divided into two groups by odd and even numbers.The control group(n=50)performed extended comfort care,and the observation group(n=50)applied extended comfort care combined with incentive psychological intervention to compare the SAS,SDS score and quality of life.Results After the intervention,the SDS,SAS and quality of life in the observation group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions The extended comfort care combined with incentive psychological intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of lung cancer chemotherapy patients.The research results provide a strong theoretical and practical basis for the scientific care of lung cancer chemotherapy patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
