基于童趣诱导的系统护理应对支气管肺炎患儿预后影响研究

Effect of Systematic Nursing Care Based on Interest Induction on Prognosis of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的探讨基于童趣诱导的系统护理对支气管肺炎患儿预后的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2023年5月我院儿科诊治的65例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,基于随机数字表法分成研究组(33例)和对照组(32例)。两组均给予对症治疗,对照组实施常规护理,研究组则实施基于童趣诱导的系统护理干预,评估患儿治疗依从情况,观察两组患儿咳嗽、啰音、气促、发热等症状的消退时间,在干预3 d后评估临床有效率,并评估患儿治疗依从性,掌握家属护理满意度。结果研究组患儿完成依从率为93.94%,高于对照组的71.88%(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的咳嗽、啰音、气促、发热的消失时间分别为(4.81±0.56)d、(4.93±1.12)d、(2.18±0.45)d、(3.74±0.62)d,对照组分别为(5.56±1.22)d、(6.10±1.05)d、(3.47±0.55)d、(4.92±1.05)d,研究组临床症状的消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,研究组的护理满意度为96.97%,高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论在儿童支气管肺炎的临床治疗中,配合基于童趣诱导的系统护理,有助于增强患儿的治疗依从性,改善临床症状,促进病情转归,并能提高家属的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and prognosis of children with bronchopneumonia by systematic nursing based on child interest induction.Methods A total of 65 children with bronchopneumonia diagnosed and treated in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were included in the study and divided into study group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases)by random number table method.,while the control group was given routine pediatric nursing,while the study group was given systematic nursing intervention based on child interest induction to evaluate the treatment compliance of the patients,the time of cough,Rales,shortness of breath,fever and other symptoms in the two groups were observed,and the clinical effective rate was evaluated after 3 days of intervention.Results The compliance rate of the study group was 93.94%,which was higher than that of the control group 71.88%(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,Rale,shortness of breath and fever in the study group was(4.81±0.56)d,(4.93±1.12)d,(2.18±0.45)d,(3.74±0.62)d,respectively,the control group was(5.56±1.22)d,(6.10±1.05)d,(3.47±0.55)d,(4.92±1.05)d,the disappearance time of cough,rales,shortness of breath and fever in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%,higher than that of the control group 75.00%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was 96.97%,higher than 78.13% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of children's bronchopneumonia,the systematic nursing based on child interest induction is helpful to enhance the treatment compliance,improve the clinical symptoms and promote the prognosis of the disease,and can improve the nursing of family members.
