PDCA循环管理结合细节管理在手术室安全管理中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Combined with Detail Management in Operating Room Safety Management

目的观察手术室安全管理采取PDCA循环管理结合细节管理的临床实施效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年9月我院收治的120例手术患者资料,按照随机方式分组。对照组采用细节管理工作,观察组采用PDCA循环管理结合细节管理。比较两组手术室管理质量、不良事件上报意愿、管理安全认知度水平。结果观察组手术室各项管理质量评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员不良事件各项上报意愿评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项管理安全认知度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术患者应用PDCA循环管理联合细节管理,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical implementation effect of PDCA cycle management and detail management.Methods Data of 120 surgical patients admitted from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and grouped by randomization,the control group gave detailed management,and the observation group combined with PDCA cycle management.Results The quality of operating room management in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group nursing staff had significantly lower willingness to report than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher level of management safety awareness than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher satisfaction scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management,the management effect is ideal.
